I have been using Caterlink for the past 8 years, both purchasing outright and renting of restaurant equipment, and I couldn't be happier. Their sales rep, Adam especially, has been one of the best guys I've had the pleasure to work with. He's always prompt with replying the messages and emails, friendly and efficient. He understands running a business is difficult so when the equipment breaks down and we need a replacement, he would personally try to solve the problem, paying us a visit to understand the situation and find us a solution that have kept us trouble-free for years.For example, our fryer decided to stop working on Sunday, Adam arranged a new fryer on rental for me on a Sunday evening after a text I sent to him, the fryer arrived on Monday morning at 11am and we managed to get it installed at 1pm on the same day. Probably a record, but that's how efficient this man is.We look forward to continue working with Caterlink for years to come!
